Tour to CII - Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre
About the project
The iconic CII - Sohrabji Godrej Green Business Centre needs no introduction. Certified as the first LEED Platinum New Construction under v2 outside the United States, the building catalyzed several other green building projects across India. Recently, the building underwent an ambitious retrofit targeting the net-zero energy goal. It now features a 150 kW bifacial solar PV plant, an upgraded BMS and a highly-efficient chiller. The retrofitted GBC demonstrates and showcases the viability of establishing net-zero energy buildings.

This will be followed by a detailed tour of the facility and interactive session led by the project team. Participants are welcome to join us for tea after the tour.

Tour to Infosys SEZ Campus Pocharam
About the project
The Infosys SEZ campus at Pocharam is a 450-acres, fully solar-powered campus. The 6.6 MW on-site solar plant uses two solar PV technologies: Polycrystalline silicon and Copper Indium Selenide (CIS) thin film. Further, these technologies use two different types of installation: fixed-tilt and single-axis tracker based system. In the tour, participants will explore the solar plant as well as the high-performance buildings on the campus.
