Please use this form to record service completed in the 7th grade year.

All 7th graders:
-Must serve at least four times throughout their 7th grade year.
-Must fill out the 7th Grade Service Record Google Form each time service is complete. This form can be found on the Holy Trinity website under Sacraments/Youth Confirmation.
-All records must be turned in by May 29, 2020. At least four Google Forms must be submitted for each 7th grader.

A list of service opportunities will be available on the Holy Trinity website and through the Youth Ministry eLetter. Please check with outside organizations about their specific requirements before scheduling a time to serve.
