This Photo Release and Waiver of Liability (the “release”) by you (“Volunteer”) releases Israel's Promised Land Foundation, and it's subsidiaries, assigns, and partners, (“Nonprofit”), a community organization. The Volunteer will provide volunteer services for Nonprofit and engage in activities related to serving as a volunteer. The Nonprofit will not provide compensation or insurance coverage. The Volunteer releases and forever discharges and hold harmless Nonprofit from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the services provided to Nonprofit. The Volunteer grants to Nonprofit all rights, title, and interests of photographs, images, video, or audio recordings made by Nonprofit in connection with volunteer services to Nonprofit.
