- MPH Practicum Homepage
- The MPH Practicum is a minimum of 160 HRS. of work for a public health organizations that yields at least two deliverables requested by and for the organization.
- Practicum is a project as well as an experience (i.e., Applied Practice Experience). Students are expected to participate in meetings to learn from and network with others in the organization and/or field.
- The opportunity must fulfill the requirement for five MPH competencies.
- The timeline is flexible. It can be completed during a single quarter or spread over multiple quarters after having completed at least one quarter of MPH coursework.
- Site supervision and evaluation is required.
