Thank you so much for taking the time to answer a few questions. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and will help me move this newsletter in the right direction.

As we are now on issue 19 of the Momentum newsletter, I want to check in to see what people are finding valuable, and what to include more or less of.

I started the newsletter with the intention of including solely healthy habits (i.e. nutrition, fitness) but have received a lot of positive feedback on the newsletters that incorporate more about meaningful living (i.e. grounded practices, mindfulness, journaling, etc.).
