GENERAL RULES

- I reserve the right to publish my art in other sites, be it my portfolio, my social media or etc.
- I do not do refunds save for very specific situations. If you have a problem with your commission, message me and we will get it sorted out.
- Chargebacks will result in being permanently blacklisted from commissioning me, as well as a public warning for others to beware of you.
- I reserve the right to refuse my service to anyone for any reason, as well as add clients  to black lists or similar at my discretion.
- Delivery times can vary anywhere between a week and three months depending on several outside factors. I ask clients to please be patient, but they are welcome to ask about their status at any time. Do note that constant pestering can get your order cancelled, as well as a refund and being put in my blacklist.
- All purchases must be done in USD and on PayPal, unless you are also brazilian. If you are, please let me know so we can discuss other methods, if needed.
- Payment is always upfront and through invoice.

LIVE2D SPECIFICS

- Live2D commissions include a commercial license. This license allows the owner of the art to profit off it and any subsequent arts that share that design (such as art made by other artists, following their TOS).
- Credit is only needed in regards to the art made by me, be it the design or image.
- Live2D commissions MUST have a character design ready, unless the buyer would like me to create the design myself. Please note that a design service will be charged extra.
- The base price includes three mouth and three eye options if applicable. Other expressions will be charged extra.
- Any extra charges will be informed to be buyer before the invoice is sent.
- Small fixes (layer adjustments, slight art fixes and such) will be offered free of charge as I'm not experienced in this kind of art and might make mistakes when getting it ready for rigging. Please contact me if you need anything fixed.
