This is an opportunity for ALL of our Stallions to share with the Lakewood Community their many talents! You will have up until Friday, January 7th, 2022 at 11:59PM to submit your talents. The online video release will occur in the final week of school for all students, faculty/staff, and family/friends to enjoy!

ALL VIDEO, AUDIO, JPEG and PDF SUBMISSIONS

- Must be uploaded into your student's Google Drive, then shared to this form via a sharelink. - IMPORTANT!!!

- Make sure the file is set to share to DISD. - IMPORTANT TOO!!!

-Video and Audio submissions, please keep at 1 minute in length

-Video and photo submissions, please try to record these talents in landscape form (have your phone the long way). This will ensure the best possible final product for everyone to see and enjoy.

-If you have a larger pool of talent in your home, please submit all submissions separately.

Make this a family and friends fun project, and don't be afraid to go Above and Beyond! Your talents are worth it!!
