The purpose of this form is to collect contact information for individuals interested in the unionization of deposition reporters in New York City. The reasons for which are loosely outlined in the Chaotic Good of Court Reporting Stenonymous post.

In February 2024, Stenonymous released a report explaining the low initial interest that interested reporters could also add their email to this form if there's interest in a price transparency bill or something similar to a "cooperative" court reporting agency so that the group can determine what has the most support.

If you believe that a company has misclassified you as an independent contractor and are comfortable sharing which company, please share that now. (If multiple people name the same agency, it may make it easier to prove common law employment.)
