November 18th - Pre-Event Help
We need 2-4 volunteers
Misc. help/sorting judging cards/parade float numbers/etc.
10:00 - 12:00
November 19th - Available all day - Put me wherever needed
Check only if you are available all day for any task
November 19th - Staging Area
We need 10 volunteers
Assist with float check in & lineup process
2:30-6:00
November 19th - Historic Downtown Square
We need 10 volunteers
High Attendance Area, remind attendees to stay out of the street when floats pass, misc.
4:00 - 7:00
November 19th - Career Center
We need 5-7 volunteers
Food Truck area, Judging happens here. Remind attendees to stay out of the street when floats pass, misc.
4:00 - 7:00
November 19th - Clean Up/Tear Down
We will need 10 volunteers
Trash pickup, take down signage, misc.
