Tulsa Changemakers and ImpactTulsa are convening a three part workshop series designed to support collective integration of youth equity into partner organizations. The first session will be held on March 20th from 9:30-11:00am at the Leadership Tulsa office. At this session, we’ll be reviewing resources available to support organizations as they work to understand and integrate youth voice into their programming and decision-making. Participants will also be supported with identifying a change idea or key question they want to answer in order to support putting youth equity into action. Through collective resource sharing and accountability, we hope this series helps us all navigate prioritizing youth equity.

This session is open to all partner organizations who are already infusing youth equity into their work or who want to start infusing youth equity into their work. Although youth partners are welcome at this event, it was designed for adult partners. However, please note that youth partners and advisors will be integrated into subsequent sessions.
