Meta’s 2023 Value Chain Emissions Reduction Projects RFI - NDA Intake Request 
In order to receive the RFI, we require you to have an executed NDA in Meta’s mutual NDA template, which we will send to you directly if you wish to proceed.

Please use the form below to provide the basic information that is necessary for Meta to issue you an executable copy of our mutual NDA.  We ask that you complete this form even if there is already an NDA between Meta and your company. Meta will confirm the validity of the NDA and notify the recipient if a new NDA is not necessary.

Once the form is submitted, the recipient will receive an email within 2 business days from Meta with the domain “echosign.com” to execute the mutual NDA.
