In accordance with Senate Bill 2066 of the 87th Texas Legislature Regular Session from 2021, the commissioners rules in Chapter 89 Subchapter BB have been updated to standardize LPAC documents across the state of Texas regarding parent communication.

To meet the needs of LEAs across the state, standardized letters will be provided in all requested languages.
