Communications
Assisting with inbound enquiries, contacting and coordinating sevadars, preparing communications material (e.g. posters, social media posts, etc.)
Hours of operation: 09:00 - 21:00

Cooking
Preparation of hot meals (e.g. various dhaal, rice) in the kitchen at Gurdwara Sahib Woolwich (1 Calderwood St, Woolwich, London SE18 6QW). Experience of cooking Punjabi cuisine in large quantities is desirable.
Hours of operation: 08:00 - 11:00 (3 hours)

Packing
Packing of hot meals into food containers in the kitchen at Gurdwara Sahib Woolwich (1 Calderwood St, Woolwich, London SE18 6QW).
Hours of operation: 11:00 - 13:00 (2 hours)

Cleaning
Cleaning of cooking utensils, surfaces, floors, and other at Gurdwara Sahib Woolwich (1 Calderwood St, Woolwich, London SE18 6QW).
Hours of operation: 13:00 - 14:00 (1 hour)

Delivery
Delivery from the car park at the Gurdwara Sahib, Woolwich (1 Calderwood St, Woolwich, London SE18 6QW) to local NHS institutions. Please note that volunteers will be required to use their own transportation.

Waiver agreement
Gurdwara Sahib which is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO), a charity in England and Wales with registration number 280961 (hereinafter referred to as “Gurdwara"). The South London Sikh Youth is a volunteer group (Volunteer Group) and GNDStreetSeva (Volunteer Group).
I understand that participation in the activities associated with Coronavirus Sikh Support involves certain risks, including, but not limited to, serious injury and death. I am voluntarily participating with knowledge of the danger involved and I agree to accept all risks of participation.
I assume and accept full responsibility for myself, for any risks, and for all injury, property loss or expenses suffered by myself or by any third party arising out of my own negligence or (to the extent allowed by applicable law) the negligence of the aforementioned Gurdwara and/or any associated Volunteer Group’s.
I represent that, to my knowledge, I am in good health and suffer no physical impairment that would or should prevent my participation in the activities associated with the Coronavirus Sikh Support.
