Distance Learning Program (DLP) on the Rules of Conduct and Ethical Behavior in the Civil Service aims to provide you with basic knowledge of the norms of conduct and other pertinent provisions of RA 6713. Short case studies are included as part of the learning content, to emphasize and enliven some ethical issues or dilemmas.

STEP 2: After which, please provide us scanned copy of your Validated Deposit Slip/Online Confirmation-Reference Number as proof of Payment via email to: CSCROoneTRAINING@gmail.com

STEP 3: Your email should have the subject: Training Title_Proof of Payment_Name of Enrollee/Agency

STEP 4: Give us 2-3 working days to verify your payment. Once confirm, wait for our email attaching your Official Receipt

STEP 5: You’re advised to register immediately.

STEP 6: After your registration, you’ll be receiving an email confirming a successful transaction.
