2023 Quilt Show Registration Information
  • This form is for members of the Gig Harbor Quilters Guild to register their entries in the 2023 Quilts Ahoy Show.
  • Each member is allowed to enter three items in the show and an additional challenge item such as "Crayon Challenge".
  • All entries must be fully completed at the time they are turned in.
  • The information entered on this form will be used for display placement of your entry.
  • Deadline for all entries is September 1, 2023. All items will be turned in at the October 4th meeting. Plan ahead to have all quilts ready at the meeting.
  • ONE FORM PER QUILT OR ITEM ENTERED.
