  • BSCHT expects residents to begin moving into RiverView in June of 2024.
  • Please anticipate the formal application process to begin online around April 1.
  • Residents in RiverView must meet federal income requirements because of the funding BSCHT used to build its portion of the project.
  • Please do not overestimate your income on this survey. Please report your household's 2023 gross income (before taxes) as accurately as possible.
  • The affordable rental rates for RiverView Apartments can only be set once the federal government releases the 2024 rates. As a guideline only: rent at RiverView will be about 30% of a household's gross income.
  • Riverview is NOT available for purchase.
  • BSCHT will rent its portion to individuals, not employers. 
  • If you are an employer seeking employee housing, please complete this survey instead.
