Carnival Band and musician application 2020
In 2020 Carnival will not have as many spaces for amplified music as we have in past years, as we are using some of our programmed spaces to showcase more of the communities that represent Oxford. Because of the ever changing dynamic of Cowley Road we will certainly have a more Singer/song writer stage and we are hoping to have a more technical, bigger sound, kind of stage too.
