By checking the box yes below, I am stating that on behalf of my family and my dancer that I have seen and understand the summer commitment as stated below and will be in attendance as described

"New and returning apprentices will be required to (1) attend our apprentice intensive July 8th-12th from 10:30am-2:30pm. There will be an additional fee for this intensive. (2) Apprentices will also be required to attend our weekly summer classes for 2 out of the 3 days we will hold classes and take all of the classes in their level/age group/that they are approved to take. Summer schedule will be released soon but you can expect the classes to be offered in the late afternoon and evening times on Tue/Wed/Thur. To be able to meet this commitment, you will need to upgrade to the unlimited plan in your age group if you are not currently on this plan. We do understand that individual vacations and camps will be taking place as well. When you sign up to be a pre-apprentice, you can share when you will be busy."
