Adoption and Doodles
Doodleheaventexas is looking for a deserving adopted child/children and family to join our doodle family.  We will be donating a Medium/Standard Doodle in 2021 or early 2022 to the chosen, selected family.  We are praying for the family God intends for us to select!!  We want to be sure we are honest in stating that doodles are not inexpensive to maintain.  We have estimated, with the help of our doodle owners, that the average year can exceed $2000 to maintain a doodle with medical care, food and grooming not to mention a few needed extras like chew toys, treats, leashes and collars, bed and crate.  YOU MUST BE WILLING to share several photos of your family, your name and or child/children's names as well as city (no specific address or contact for the public will ever be shown).  The family must be within 2 hours of Longview, TX which covers all of Region 4, extends to the Dallas area and into Louisiana. We have a team of people who will be helping to narrow down the families. We will announce the chosen family on ALL of our social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, website as well as Youtube including a video of your family.  We would also like to do a quarterly video update through your first year with your doodle. Please discuss this with your family before completing this form.  If you are not comfortable with this level of attention, please do not apply. We understand if you have foster children that they will not be shown.  You must be willing and able to care for your puppy and for his/her lifetime financially as well as physically.  Puppies are a BIG responsibility in every way.  You may also nominate a friend, but please, please let them know and make sure they agree to the terms.  A puppy is NOT something to be surprised with!  

We are thrilled that adoption is part of our story with both Kara (mom) and 3 of the 6 Curfman children.  The love and connection these children need is so critical and we are so thankful you were willing to share your lives with a child looking for a forever family!  You are a blessing!

Please note!  The winner will not be announced until mid summer and we will not know which litter will be chosen until we have chosen the family and the timeframe that fits their family and our upcoming litters.  The puppy will be chosen by us.

Not everyone is comfortable with this and we want to be open about our desire to share parts of your story and journey and follow that story through the first year of you and your puppy.
