TVLSD Summer Meals 2021
~Tusky Valley Local Schools Nutrition Department is excited to be serve FREE meals this summer for kids ~

~Provided Weekly (JUNE and JULY)~
Fresh Fruits and Vegetables
Breakfasts
Lunches
1/2 Gallons of White Milk
1/2 Gallons of Chocolate Milk

~Requirements ~
Ages between 1-18

~Weekly Pick Ups~
 Every Friday
 9:00 am - 11:00 am
 Cafeteria Entrance at Tusky Valley Middle School - Please follow the bus loop

To help our staff prepare, we are asking families to simply sign up by completing this form and let us know the total number of students needing weekly meals.  We do not need the names of children.  Please complete by Thursday, May 27, 2021.
