Please read this before you sign this enrolment form:

1. I understand that if I decide to withdraw from the course at any time, the course fees will not be reimbursed to me. I understand that only in the case of legitimate illness proven by a doctor's note will I be offered a transfer to a course at a later date. In such instances where transfer is possible, I accept there will be a € 50,00 administration charge.
I understand that if I cancel my attendance on a course 30 days or more before the start date will be charged a € 50 cancellation fee and refunded the rest of my course fee.
If I cancel less than 30 days and up to 10 days before the start date of the course I will receive a refund of only 50% of the course fee paid. If I cancel less than 10 days before the start date of the course no refund will be given.

2. I am aware of the duration of the course and the minimum number of hours per week I must commit to the course.

3. I am aware that the course is extremely demanding. 100% attendance of online synchronous lessons is expected. If a lesson cannot be attended for emergency reason, the trainee must notify the trainer before the lesson starts. A recording of the lesson will be sent. It is possible to recuperate only one lesson missed.

4. I understand that during the course any unannounced absence will be seen as a withdrawal from the course.

5. I understand that it is possible to receive a “fail” result and that course fees will not be reimbursed for reasons related to my grade.

6. I understand what is required of me to complete the course in order to be awarded a certificate of completion. I have read and understood the Progress Check and Assessment Process detailed in the Course Information Brochure.

7. I understand that the provider of this course is in no way responsible for the content of any postings made by myself or my fellow course participants, and that I am responsible for reading the code of conduct which will be available on the Moodle Platform.

8. I have unrestricted internet access.

9. I understand that, although my login times for self study are flexible, I will attend the online synchronous lessons and any holidays or working trips taken during the course may affect my ability to contribute to discussion forums and therefore the benefits I gain from the course.

10. I am able to confidently use a computer for the following purposes:
- To attend Zoom meetings
- To send and receive email.
- To surf the internet, including to: go forward a page, go back a page and fill out and submit an electronic form (e.g. to book a flight).
- To copy, cut and paste text in Word documents.
- To save web pages as html documents.

11. I am aware that any issues I may have with accessing the materials online, attending online synchronous classes or communicating with the tutor have to be raised during the course through the proper channels.
I have disclosed any information about my health and personal situation that might hinder my ability to complete the course requirements.
I understand that this course is by no means intended to qualify teachers to become professional coaches. Should I wish to qualify as a professional coach I will seek an accredited coaching course which I can find on the International Coaching Federation website.
