Druhý ročník konference w♀men in art věnující se podpoře žen v umění. Konference vyrůstá z poslání zóny nezávislého umění CO.LABS, které reflektuje současné potřeby umělecké sféry a usiluje o aktivní zabezpečení podpory, rozvíjení a růst uměleckého sektoru s důrazem na angažovanost, posouvání úrovně kvality a hranic uměleckých druhů a žánrů. V letošním roce se rozrůstáme z kulturního i na kreativní sektor. Tématem druhého ročníku je “Mateřství / rodičovství”. Druhý ročník konference se nám rozrostl do dvou dnů, v rámci kterých se můžete těšit na konferenční panel s českými i zahraničními hosty*tkami, množství vzdělávacích workshopů, masterclasses, open mic a šťavnatý off-program v podobě divadla, hudby a mnoho dalšího. V průběhu celé konference bude zabezpečené hlídání pro děti. Partnery letošního ročníku jsou kreativní hub KUMST, Institut umění - Divadelní ústav a Vize tance.
Konference w♀men in art proběhne 17. a 18. dubna 2024 v KUMSTu.

The second annual conference of w♀men in art is dedicated to supporting women in the arts. This conference emerges from the mission of the independent art zone CO.LABS, reflecting the current needs of the artistic sphere and aiming for active support, development, and growth of the art sector with an emphasis on engagement, elevating the level of quality, and pushing the boundaries of artistic types and genres. This year, we are expanding from the cultural sector to the creative sector as well. The theme for this year's edition is “Motherhood / Parenthood”. The second annual conference has expanded into two days, during which you can look forward to a conference panel with Czech and international guests, a variety of educational workshops, masterclasses, open mic, and a juicy off-program consisting of theater, music, and much more. Childcare will be provided throughout the conference. This year's partners include the creative hub KUMST, the Institute of Art - Theatre Institute, and Vision of Dance.
The w♀men in art conference will take place on the 17th and 18th of April, 2024, at KUMST.
