Tällä lomakkeella Itä-Suomen yliopiston ylioppilaskunta (ISYY) kerää tietoa järjestöjen ja kerhojen järjestämistä vapputapahtumista Kuopiossa. Lomakkeella ilmoitetuista tapahtumista kootaan opiskelijoille infopaketti kampuskaupungin vappumenoista
Toivomme että ilmoitatte lomakkeella kaikki vapputapahtumanne, oli ne sitten teidän ainejärjestön sisäisiä tai kaikille avoimia. Lomake tulee täyttää jokaista tapahtumaa varten erikseen.
Mikäli tapahtumaan on lipunmyynti tai enemmän tietoa jollain sivustolla, laittakaa linkki mukaan! Jos linkin laittaminen ei ole vielä mahdollista, mutta haluatte sen myöhemmin toimittaa, voitte lähettää tiedon sähköpostitse.

With this form the Student Union of the University of Eastern Finland collects information about May Day a.k.a. Vappu events organised by Student Associations and Clubs in Kuopio. We'll use the info collected with this form to publish information about the Vappu Events in the campus city to our students.
We hope that you inform us all your vappu events, wheter they are open just for your members or for all students. The form must be filled seperately for each event.
If there is a ticket sale (e.g. in Kide.app) or there are more info on some webpage, please give us the link if possible. If you wish, the link can be delivered later on via email, if it is not possible at the moment.
