OncANP 2020 Exhibitor Application
The Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians will host the 9th Annual Naturopathic Oncology Convention, February 28th - March 1st, 2020 at the WeKoPa Resort and Conference Center in Scottsdale, AZ.

Objectives
Our members specialize in the treatment of cancer. The purpose of the convention is to advance the knowledge base of our membership.  The majority of attendees will be experienced naturopathic physicians, most of who maintain significant in-office pharmacies and who sell significant amounts of supplements to their patients.

OncANP, with approx. 400 members, is the largest group affiliated with the AANP. A major focus of the association’s mission is to provide advanced training in the practice of naturopathic oncology for our membership. We anticipate approximately 200 attendees.

Exhibiting Companies
We are seeking a limited number of well-suited vendors to take part in our program. The exhibit hall will be open several times throughout the day.  All buffet lines and breaks will be in the exhibit halls. Setup will be on Friday, February 28th (7 am to 11:00 am). Tear down will be on Sunday, March 1st at approximately 2:30 p.m. (exact schedule TBD).

Exhibit Space
***IMPORTANT:  Choice of Vendor Location will be given on a first come, first serve basis (meaning application and payment are received).  

All vendors will only be allowed tabletop exhibits, as space will be limited. We will not have booth spaces defined by drapes.  Each exhibitor will have approximately 8’ x 8’ with a 6’ table and 2 chairs. We can also provide an easel upon request.  If you have any special arrangements or prior requests for increased vendor space this may be available at an additional cost and will be accommodated on a first come first serve and space available basis.  Please email Randi Dixon at oncanpassistant@gmail.com for arrangements.

Exhibit Fees
The fee for booth space at the OncANP convention is $1700. This fee includes 1 full convention registration and 1 additional staff badge. Staff will be welcome at meals and sessions but will NOT be eligible for Continuing Education credits.  

*Additional Staff badges can be purchased for $300 (to cover the cost of food).

Sponsorships
Support the efforts of the OncANP and maximize your presence at the convention! Sponsorship opportunities include (but are not limited to): Name Badges/Lanyards, Conference Bags, Internet Access for Meeting Space, Key Cards, Bag Inserts, Cocktail Party/Evening social, etc. If your company is interested in sponsoring a hospitality suite, happy hour, or private dinner for some or all of the attendees, please contact us with special requests.
