Please use this form to request to have weekly appointments with an Accounting/Economics tutor for your De Anza Accounting and Economics course. Depending on tutor availability and budget constraints, we may not be able to provide a Weekly Individual Tutor for each student who requests one, but we will do our best. It helps to apply early ... in the first week of the quarter. Availability *
You can request between the hours of 10 am to 6 pm Monday through Thursday. Provide as much availability as possible for tutoring. For example, if you are available on Mondays from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm, enter "Monday from 10:30AM - 1:30PM." The more hours and days you provide, the more likely you'll secure weekly tutoring sessions. For Friday, use drop-in instead from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm on Zoom

Please note that when you sign up for Weekly Individual Tutoring you are committed to attending every session for the whole quarter, beginning week 3 or 4. If you miss two appointments without notifying the tutor in advance, you will use Drop In Tutoring for the rest of the quarter. *
