Assignment I for HONS 280 -- Getting to Know You (A Science and Sound Biography)
Fill out the following by the beginning of our second day of class (1/10/20). It shouldn't take too long. We'll talk a bunch on the first day to get your science and musical biography, but this is a way for me to make sure I have all this information somewhere that I can refer back to if necessary.

What is your name?
What is your major? (If still undecided, what do you think is the most likely major you will choose?) If you have more than one major, list the one you would consider your "primary" major.
Do you sing? If so -- what is your vocal range? (soprano, alto, tenor, baritone, bass?) Alternatively, you can specify your range in terms of standard piano notes (e.g. a typical alto would be F3-F5). If you sing, but don't know any of this, just say "I sing, but I don't know my range" or something similar.
Do you play any musical instruments? If so, which one(s)? Do you own/have access to them in order to bring them to class at some point in the semester?
Do you believe you have "perfect pitch"?
