The goal of this is to stay connected with each other in this time of isolation and to find ways to get better as athletes, students, teammates, friends, siblings, etc. I encourage you all to reach out to loved ones and check in on them to see how they are doing. Take this time to improve your weaknesses and build upon your strengths. I miss being able to be on deck with you all and look forward to that first practice back. That being said, today our Governor issued a new order that essentially keeps us out of the pool for another 4 weeks. I hope that it won't come to that much time and that in the next week or two things may change for the better.
