Daily Wellness Check

Prior to entering the campus, all faculty and staff must perform a daily wellness check.

Directions:

Take your temperature at home prior to coming to campus.

You may come to campus only if you can confirm:

    No fever of 100.4°F or higher,
    No cough,
    No shortness of breath or difficulty breathing,
    No chills,
    No muscle pain/body aches,
    No sore throat,
    No new loss of taste or smell , and
    No exposure to someone with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19.
   
Exposure means: A household member, or any close contact (within six feet and for greater than 15 minutes) with an individual with confirmed or suspected COVID-19. The time frame for contact includes the 48 hours before the individual became symptomatic.

If you cannot confirm the above, then:

Do not enter campus.
   
Do contact your primary care provider or call the Marion County Health Department at 740-387-6520 for guidance.
