We want every kid to have the chance to experience the life-giving power of musical theater! So, as we are able, we offer scholarships to cover a portion of program registration fees (between 10% - 75%) based on a family's financial need.

Scholarship funds are limited and applications are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis from any family currently experiencing financial hardship. Families must submit a new scholarship application each season that a child is enrolled in a program and needs financial assistance. All scholarship applications and financial information are kept confidential. Scholarship awards are non-transferable.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered for a scholarship, there are four requirements. Please read and accept these requirements thoughtfully before applying for a scholarship! Contact Lacey Price (contact info below) with questions.

(1) The child must already be registered for the program, and the registration deposit paid in full.

(2) Complete the application below by the deadline provided in your registration confirmation email and on www.stagekidswa.org. If applying for scholarships for multiple children, please complete this scholarship application for each child INDIVIDUALLY.

(3) Kids and parents receiving a scholarship will be asked to share with Stage Kids staff about their experience participating in the program.

(4) Families receiving a scholarship for a Musical or Play must commit ADDITIONAL volunteer hours above the required 20 hours. Scholarship recipients must commit an additional 2 volunteer hours for every $50 awarded. These hours may be fulfilled by any family member over age 15 before or during the program, and we highly encourage the recipient to invest time fulfilling some of these volunteer hours as well.
