CiCea / CitEdEv Conference Registration Form (24-27 May, 2023 Madrid)

The Conference fee includes attendance to all sessions, a conference pack, the Conference Reception on Thursday evening, lunch on Friday and Saturday and refreshments during the breaks. It does not include the Conference Dinner on Friday evening. It also includes access to an online copy of the proceedings (to be published in December 2023) that will be posted to the email address you give on your booking form. It does not include travel and accommodation.


Confirmation of Registration:

Please note that confirmation of registration will be sent once payment has been confirmed. If you are a CitEdEV Working Group member, you are requested to send us your WG number. If you have any questions, please contact us at ciceassociation@gmail.com.


Cancellations and Refunds:

Cancellations received in writing or by email before 15 May 2023 will be refunded at 50%. No refunds will be made for cancellations made after 15 May 2023.
