Thank you for your interest in a student staff position with Housing & Residential Education at CSUSM! Please fill out this form if you are interested in applying for the role of Resident Advisor (RA) or Residential Peer Mentor (RPM) sometime within the upcoming academic year. We will also reach out to you if we open an unexpected hiring process before that date that we think you'd be a good fit for.

Note that eligibility requirements to be an RA or RPM include the following:

A. Have been a CSUSM student for at least 1 semester at the time of your application
B. Meet the cumulative and semester GPA requirements for the position(s): RAs must have a 2.5 or higher; RPMs must have a 2.75 or higher, with a 3.0 preferred
C. Be in good judicial standing with Housing and CSUSM
D. Meet all deadlines for the hiring process
