WMS Boys Basketball Registration 20-21
7th & 8th Grade Parents & Players: Thank you for your interest in being part of the Weaver Boys Basketball Program!

The purpose of this form is to collect information so that you can get involved in our pre-season open gyms at Weaver with our middle school coaches. We will begin open gyms here in September. All open gyms will follow all OHSAA protocol, and any other restrictions and/or limitations set by our district.
