Stonegate Elementary PTO Funds Request
Funds for school materials and supplies or to support school activities may be requested from the PTO by any Stonegate Elementary staff member/parent of a Stonegate student at any time during the school year. However, requests may take up to 30 days for processing.

Submittal of this form is not a guarantee of funds.  Review and approval by the PTO membership is required.  If the requested amount exceeds $200, it is recommended that a representative (staff member, group leader, or teacher representative to the PTO) attend a PTO meeting to present the request and address any questions. If the requested amount exceeds $200, a fund request must be submitted. The PTO meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 6:30 pm in the school library.
