2023 Odd Year Caucus Info. & RSVP
Linn County is Caucusing by State Senate Districts again this year, with two locations in SD42 so folks have a choice of going to Palo or Springville. (see form below for specific locations).  

Timeline at all locations is
:
9 am: Set-up & Check-in Volunteers arrive
9:30 am: Check-in starts
10 am - 12 noon: Caucus program  
12 - 1 pm: Opportunity for informal conversations 
1 pm:  Clean-up finished, out of the room.

During these Caucuses we'll:
* Get to know each other better (grassroots Democrats, Central Committee Members and Elected Officials)
* Review what we do and don't know about 2024 Caucuses 
* Hear what issues the legislature is considering & discuss how to promote our issue positions
* Collect Platform Resolutions
* Take nominations to fill vacant Central Committee seats
* Discuss what we can do to get more votes for Democratic candidates in future elections
* Pass the Hat to raise $ to help put those ideas into effect 
* and more.

Pot-luck refreshments are welcome.

ZOOM will be available for anyone countywide who may wish to Zoom in to the SD37 Caucus in Marion (run by County Chair Bret Nilles)
