As part of building community within the school we invite you to complete the following form which will be used to collate your child's/children's class details and your contact details.

The details will be shared with the parents/caregivers of your child's class to enable connections to be made (e.g. they will be used by the class coordinator to arrange class events and parents commonly use the list to arrange hang-outs/play-dates for the children.)

Lists will be provided by email to those who responded in your child's class in early March.

We are also asking for volunteers to be the class coordinator. This involves sharing out the class list and setting up class get togethers to build community.

If you do not wish for your contact details to be shared please do not complete the form.
