What will the day be about?

Come enjoy an open day designed for firearm owners to enhance their  skills and get acquainted with their weapons. Experienced range officers  will mentor you as you shoot your own firearms at our registered range. 

Test your shooting ability by hitting paper targets with handguns or  shooting fall plates with shotguns. With ranges up to 50 meters, challenge yourself with small paper targets for rifles. 

Don't miss the  chance to improve your shooting proficiency, as it's a perishable skill.  Register today!  


Wat kan ek verwag?

Kom geniet ‘n skiet dag vir alle vuurwapen eienaars om vaardigheid en kennis te verbeter. Ervare baan offisiere sal jou bystaan terwyl jy jou eie vuurwapen gebruik op ons geregistreerde skietbaan.

Toets jou vernuf teen jou self, om na papier teikens te skiet met handwapens en vallende staal plate met haelgewere. Daar is bane tot op 50 meter waar jy selfs na baie klein papier teikens kan skiet met jou jag geweer.

Moenie die kans mis om jou skiet vaardigheid te verbeter nie, aangesien skiet ‘n verganklike vaardigheid is.  Boek nou!

Practical arrangements.
  • Montagu Pistol Club will be open by appointment only on Saturday 17 May 2025 from 09:00 am to 13:00 pm.
  1. Range fee: R100 (R50 for members) - You can make a online payment at the range by scanning a QR code.
  2. Range officers will be available to supervise & certify shooting activities. (Eg. NARFO  or NATSHOOT ). The club unfortunately does not have the facilities to rent firearms or sell ammunition.
  3. Bring:
  4. Licensed firearms  & firearm licenses.
  5. Ammunition.
  6. Eye & hearing protection.
  7. Dress in comfortable clothing with closed shoes. (NO SANDLES)

  • Montagu Pistoolklub sal oop wees slegs op afspraak Saterdag 17 Mei 2025 van 09:00 am tot 13:00 pm.
  1. Baan fooi: R100 (R50 vir lede) - Jy kan aanlyn betaal by die baan deur 'n QR kode te skandeer.
  2. Baanoffisiere sal beskikbaar wees vir toesig oor en sertifisering van skiet aktiwiteite. (Bv. NARFO or NATSHOOT ). Ongelukkig het die klub nie die fasiliteite om vuurwapens te verhuur of ammunisie te verkoop nie.
  3. Bring:
  4.  Gelisensieerde vuurwapen en vuurwapenlisensies.
  5.  Ammunisie.
  6.  Oog en gehoorbeskerming.
  7. Gemaklike klere en toe skoenne. (Geen sandale.)
