Assistive Automation Competition / Home Helper Robotics Challenge
Competition Phases:
Phase 0: Networking & Brainstorming. We want you to meet your group members and hear all your innovative home robot ideas; extra points if your robot is able to aid the elderly or disabled! Our world-class mentors will also be able to provide basic training, including CAD and programming basics. Starting date TBA.

Phase 1: Design. Create a graphic design or CAD model of your prototype idea; it should outline all aspects of the robot you will build in real life in the next stage. Teams will be judged based on originality, feasibility, and potential impact. The top 5 teams will move on.

Phase 2: Construction. Ready to build your robot design in person? We'll provide the materials; you provide the finished product! Don't worry, we'll have robotics experts on site to help you!

Phase 3: Presentation. We look forward to seeing your final robot; winners will be decided here! Prizes to be announced.

*The exact date for stage 2 is to be determined based on the availabilities of our top teams.
