Little Muffins Adoption Application

The first step to adopting from Little Muffins Kitten Rescue is fill out our adoption application. This will allow us to match you with the perfect little muffin(s) to complete your family! You can see our currently adoptable cats/kittens on our website here: https://littlemuffinsrescue.wixsite.com/littlemuffins/adoptablecatsandkittens

Please thoroughly read the following adoption information prior to applying

  • Our rescue is based out of our home in Richmond, KY. Please make sure you are able to travel here to pick up your new family member(s).
  • Kittens do best in pairs! For this reason, we typically adopt out our kittens in pairs unless you already have a young, playful cat at home to be their companion.

  • All applicants must be 18+ years old and the person applying must be the primary caretaker of the cat(s)/kitten(s).

  • Every little muffin cat/kitten will go home with their health records and are dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped, FIV/FeLV combo tested (and negative unless otherwise noted), and spayed/neutered.

  • Our adoption fee is $150 for kittens and $90 for adults which helps to cover some of the cost of vetting and allows us to save more cats/kittens! We offer lower adoption fees for adopting pairs! A pair of kittens is $250, a momma and kitten pair is $200, and a pair of bonded adult cats is $150.

Once you have filled out our application, we will review it and get back to you as soon as possible. Please be patient while we are taking the time to review applications. We may receive several applications for the same cat/kitten so filling out an application is not a guarantee that you will get to adopt a particular cat/kitten, however if you are approved we will keep you on our contact list to match with future little muffins!

**Make sure to double check for typos in your contact info and to check your spam folder for a response especially if you haven't heard from us for a few days**

We encourage you to send us a message through social media, text, or email letting us know that you submitted an application that way we can easily get back to you through your preferred contact method.
