The City of Erie Department of Planning and Neighborhood Resources will hold a mobile workshop for the Active Erie Transportation Plan Oct. 20, 2020 from 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., with a rain date of Oct. 28. The purpose is to present preliminary recommendations to the community regarding the Active Erie Transportation Plan. The format of the event is a riding/bike tour with staff, consultants, and stakeholders including mini-workshop stops in and around the City.  This format is designed to showcase a few proposed bike routes in the plan coupled with mini-workshop events to provide opportunities for review and input on preliminary recommendations.  There are multiple events planned throughout the City to eliminate large congregations.  All events (workshops) will cover the same material so participants only have to register to go to one and all events will be held outside.  Events will be hosted virtually as well for those who cannot attend in person
