June 22 will be Royal Rabbit's Second Annual Pirates and Wine Celebration, a whimsical craft fair with live entertainment and Mermaids. It's on the beautiful grounds of 1090 Jordan Sawmill Road, Parkton, MD 21120. We look forward to the seafaring pirates, upstanding landlubbers, curvaceous merfolk and lovers of wine all coming together in peace, to hawk their wares and find treasures.
All potential vendors will be juried. No mass produced items. We do not accept MLMs. We support craftspeople! If you are unsure, ask.
The Market is open Saturday June 22, from 12pm- 6pm, with set up beginning at 9am on the morning of the event. If you need to set up Friday the 21st, after 5pm, contact Roy. Vending space is limited, subject to availability, and assigned on a first-paid-first-served basis, after jury. You are welcome to camp at your booth for no extra charge, if accepted.
If accepted as a vendor, you will be sent an invoice via PAYPAL, which will serve as a contract.
All spaces are outdoors, on grassy areas!
10'x10' space is $50 if paid within 10 days of your invoice, upon acceptance. This includes *2* admissions to the festival and admittance to the Cannon Ball which will run from 7-11! After 10 days, we will raise the price $10. Then we will go down the waiting list to fill the spot, if you did not pay for it.
There is no rain date, nor refund for weather. Vendors are responsible for their own tents, tables, and lock boxes. A limited amount of tables may be available for a rental fee of $10- please inquire if needed or desired.
After the Pirates and Wine DAY, we will celebrate with the first ever Pyrate Masquerade & Cannon Ball! It will be a blast! Vendors can stay for the festivities if so inclined, with time to pack up at 6pm before the Masquerade Ball starts at 7pm.
