AUDITORIUM USE REQUEST
The Flat Rock Community Auditorium is available for rental to non-school (third party) clients .  Anyone using the Flat Rock Community Auditorium or Lobby for any reason must submit this form.    THIS FORM IS ONLY A REQUEST AND IS NOT CONSIDERED A CONTRACT.   Flat Rock Community Schools reserves the right to deny anyone or group the use of our facilities based on availability, affiliation, purpose and/or cause.  

ONCE YOUR REQUEST IS REVIEWED AND ACCEPTED, YOU WILL BE SENT A CONTRACT VIA EMAIL TO SIGN AND RETURN.  You will also be notified, by email, if your request is denied.   Please allow ten days for a response. 

Rates:
Monday - Friday: $150.00 per hour
Saturdays: $250.00 per hour
Sundays and Holidays*: $300.00 per hour                       *depending on availability

Fees are charged from the time the first person enters and the last person leaves the facility.   All set-up/tear-down time needed must be included in your request.
