In order for us to comply with the governments Covid-19 protocols all handovers must be done outside and remain socially distant. I confirm that my pet is fit and healthy as detailed above or that I have disclosed the details of any pre-existing health conditions. I agree that the groomer will not be held liable or responsible for irritation, abrasion, patchiness or hair loss due to any pre-existing skin condition, or as a result of the process of grooming, de-matting, thinning, stripping or shaving, or any mishap caused by non-disclosure of my pets condition or behaviour. If my pet bites or attempts to bite any person or pet, a muzzle may be used, or at the discretion of the groomer, the groom may be stopped and I will pay the full cost of all damages and expenses my pet has caused. If I fail to collect my pet at the agreed time I will pay late pick up/holding fee. If my pet is carrying any parasites (fleas/ticks) they will be cleared by the groomer at my expense. I confirm that all facts I supplied above are true. I agree to pay 50% charge due for appointments cancelled without 24 hours notice.
