Due to the nature of the current health and safety concerns as well as potential technical challenges that may arise from virtual participation, MAIN and USBands have created a Withdrawal Form in the event a soloist, ensemble or group is unable to submit a video for evaluation during a week they have registered to participate.

By completing this form, the soloist, ensemble or group will have the registration for their withdrawn performance applied to a future submission. There will not be a financial penalty for withdrawing.

All soloist, ensembles and groups should complete this form if they are not submitting a video in order to notify the adjudicator and staff.
