Seeking 8-10 Circuit Members to join the 2025 Event Host Selection Committee!
2 Members from each location (East Valley, West Valley, North Valley, Tucson*). Ideally 1 Color Guard and 1 Percussion/Winds from each location.
*Show sites North of the I-10 and West of SR 51 are considered “West Valley” (this includes show sites that are in the area of the I-10 and SR 303), while all other show sites in the Phoenix-metro area are considered “East Valley”. Show sites North of the I-10 are considered “North Valley”.
Interest form closes 11:59 pm on Wednesday, August 28th . Selection of Committee will take place week of August 25th.
Event Host Bids are currently out to all directors and closes at 11:59 pm on Sunday, September 1st.
Selection Committee will meet virtually the week of September 1st (Labor Day week).
Qualifications for interested members:
- Must be available to meet the week of September 1st
- You are not bidding to host a show in the 2025 season to ensure fair and bias-free selection.
- We want to select the best possible locations, so interested parties should have tenure and experience with flow and run of show.
