SMS x CommSTEM Case Crack: Consulting in the Digital Marketplace
This virtual consulting workshop is centered around solving a hypothetical business case through the use of technology, enabling a business to react within the turbulent state of our world in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The workshop will give you the opportunity to gain exposure to the world of consulting, as well as providing you with the necessary and practical skills to analyse real-world problems 🕵️‍♀️🔍

📌 WORKSHOP DETAILS 📌
➡️ Students will virtually work in small groups to analyse a hypothetical case related to the understanding of customer experiences that can improve a marketing and sales strategy.
➡️ You will be guided by company representatives from IBM, EY-Parthenon, EY Australia and ASG Group, who will offer invaluable insights to assist your proposed strategy and build your knowledge of the business world.
➡️ Each group will then give a two minute presentation of their conclusions.

Due to the current restrictions on public gatherings and their relevance to this event, the workshop will be conducted online via the platform Zoom. Further instructions on how to use Zoom will be provided closer to the workshop date.
