This helps us show the effectiveness of the program in ways that numbers can't quantify, i.e.: No improvement to report--or--Improved in a language skill area, completed a new task, effectively implemented/used new language, taught you something, used English with someone other than you, took driving lessons, got a job, etc. Please give examples.
