Keep in mind that each date has a fee of $225 for prepared food and beverage vendors in 10x10 tents and all trucks, $125 for prepackaged vendors and $100 for non food vendors. Each food and beverage vendor (except for licensed food trucks and carts) will need to purchase separate TFFs for each 90 day period (Varies from $122-$224 based on category). Each vendor must submit a $50 check for the cleaning fee/ late fee/ last minute cancellation fee to be resubmitted every 90 days. These checks will not be cashed unless a vendor is late, does not show up, or leaves a mess in their space. Vendors may forfeit their spots if the check will need to be cashed. *
