If the application form is closed, this means that the accessible area is full for this event. Due to the high demand for this area, we expect this to happen at some point during the 2024 booking process, so please book early if you need accessible camping. The form will close on 3rd July, 2024 if it has not done so already, and we cannot take any camping bookings after this date.

If you have filled in this form and you don't hear from us then you can assume that everything is fine with your application and you can simply turn up to the event. The access team will be on the gate and have their own check in point. Please ask the stewards to be directed to this or look out for the signs.
