I understand the following: 1) There are multiple open board seats and that some are for a full two-year term and some are filling a vacant board seat's remaining 1-year term; 2) By submitting my name and biography, I am declaring my interest in being on the SPSC board of directors for the purpose of voting at the AGM; 3) I may be elected to a 1 or 2 year board position; 4) I can withdraw my name from consideration at any time prior to the elections; 5) I do not have to be present at the Annual General Meeting to be elected. *
