Submission form for art trail events/exhibitions/venues open on any dates between 9th and 23rd September 2023

This form assumes you have your own venue or have arranged to exhibit at another venue. 

The fee is: £20 per venue (£10 for submissions by members of Hailsham Artists Network)
The fee is for an entry in the printed Art Trail Programme and a position on the online Art Trail map. 
Please note that fees are non-refundable.

If accepted as part of the Art Trail, I agree to pay the stated fee and understand that the above event will be promoted as part of the Hailsham Festival Art Trail via an entry in the printed Art Trail programme
  • I understand that it is my responsibility to arrange public liability insurance and any other necessary insurance or licences needed for the event.
  • I understand that I am responsible for any necessary risks assessments that may be required.
  • I understand that I am responsible for following any other legislation.
  • I agree to my details being processed in connection with this event.
  • I confirm that all images I supply may be used in connection with promoting the Hailsham Art Trail.
  • I understand that directional posters or boards will be my responsibility.
  • I understand that, if I am a HAN member, I can add further details of my event to the HAN online calendar.
  • I agree to promote other art trail events at my venue and will use the HAN logo on promotional materials that I create for my own event.
  • I have read the Art Trail Information book .
  • I confirm that the material exhibited will not cause distress, offence or be of a shocking nature.
  • I confirm that the exhibition is suitable for children and young people.
